Role: Team Lead Recruiter

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday) Sat & Sun fixed off.

Job Location: Bandra, West

Job Description: -

• Strong Team Leader with experience of managing team of at least 3-4 members.

• Having worked and closed IT and non-IT positions from mid to senior level.

• Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients, solid written communication and rapport building ability.

• Building and Maintaining Database of Contacts and Resumes.

• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

• Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals/Job boards extensively and efficiently.

• Head Hunting and ability to interact, develop network though social media, get best referral resource for any given requirement.

• Screening, shortlisting, sourcing the candidates as per client requirement (given skill set) doing end to end recruitment.
