Recruiter/Senior Recruiter/Client Servicing – Bandra West – WFO

This is a pure recruitment role which would include:

• Understand the various JDs and the needs of the client.
• Sourcing and screening of various CVs for the respective role; hence knowledge of using job portals is a must.
• Initial screening of candidates via telephonic conversations, in order to understand their work experience, relevant skills and fitment for the particular role.
• Creating well-drafted mails regarding candidates in order to boost their chances of being shortlisted; hence in-depth detailed call with candidates in also necessary.
• Continuously keeping in touch or maintaining a strong rapport with the candidate will also help during scheduling interviews and calling for documentation or other follow-ups.

No generalist, admin or operations role available, hence those interested in the same, please do not apply.

Also open to hire a Client Servicing Manager - in that case candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling a team of recruiters and also speaking with clients.

Working Days: 5 days working - Monday to Friday

Timings: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
