Roles and Responsibilities

A Business Head with P&L Experience; preferably in the education/EdTech space Experience in professional education is a plus. The person would be responsible for generating business from PSU clients for any training related requirements. The position will own Monthly / Quarterly/ Yearly Revenue and Bottom-line targets. This position requires deep knowledge of business and client connections and needs penetration skills to get orders from clients, this position is target oriented and person should be able to prove his/her skills with demonstrating the same.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 15 to 18 years - Min 10 years in similar industry and having dealing withBFSI/PSU clients for training
  • 8+ years in training industry / PSU or BFSI Business
  • Good communication, negotiation and over-all an energetic, aggressive salesattitude to deliver set targets.
  • Sales of corporate training solutions and Exec Ed products in BFSI/PSU spaceGood Contacts
