Role: Operations Executive- Game Platform

Location: Mumbai

Job Description

• Provide meaningful feedback to the dev team on the communitys sentiment, concerns, and suggestions
• Evaluate and recommend. Propose the suitability of new content, game assets, promotions and partnerships to engage and retain users while respecting local market culture.
• Research and insights by monitoring industry trends. Propose new opportunities, ideas and collaborations to grow the user base and elevate the brand reputation in the market.
• Help to manage social media, develop contents for users when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mobile game/platform operation
• Good knowledge of live operation, passion for gaming
• Deep understanding about the India gaming market
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Be inquisitive and truly interested in the latest industry trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on live operation for the fantasy game platforms is highly preferred.
• Customer-focused (game teams, other internal stakeholders, and our players)
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-country teams toward release milestones and task completion
• Interest and passion for fantasy sports and hyper casual games
