Role: Marketing Specialist Manager- Game platform

Location: Mumbai

Job Description

• Building and executing creative marketing campaigns by using KPIs to consistently improve marketing performance
• Utilize learnings to inform and support the creative approach to reach KPIs across platforms and campaigns
• Lead on building innovative digital events representing local priorities
• Partner and collaborate closely with HQ(South Korea) for the most effective campaigns to market
• Handling multi-channel marketing campaigns and execute influencer marketing & community
• Lead the analysis of data to draw actionable learnings and provide valuable insights

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience with planning, developing, executing mobile marketing plans
• Excellent knowledge of performance marketing (UAC, Meta Audience Network, etc.)
• Deep understanding about all digital media channels including its ecosystem, dynamic creative, tracking/tagging, ad serving, attribution for India gaming market
• Highly detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Be inquisitive and truly interested in the latest industry trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the marketing agency/gaming platform is a big plus, preferably as a SEO/SEM Manager
• Understanding of Mobile app store policies and related local regulations in India
• Interest and passion for fantasy sports and hyper casual games
• Experience in data analytics
