Roles and Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile
Manage and mentor a large inside sales team of 200+ employees • Conduct periodic reviews to achieve revenue targets • Recommend continual improvements that outline the changes needed to transform the organization into a sales driven environment. • Build team from scratch and thereby delivering m-o-m growth by implementing right strategies. • Lead and define the Inside Sales process with SMART KPIs. • Collaborate with other departments in order to develop sales strategy for enhancing the company's growth • Discover individuals with exceptional skills, train, and bring them on board in the team • Effectively create and articulate ROI in various negotiations • Lead variety of training sessions on a monthly basis, this could range from small group to large group presentations and development sessions • Assist in building a high-performing sales process & ensure that the company meets its stipulated growth goals • Ensure effective prospecting, up/cross selling, pipeline development • Develop strategiesfor the allocation of resources for the achievement of given quota • Ensure the consistent implementation of effective sales processes for optimum performance and success of the organization • Responsibility for the profitability of the business Mandatory Skills • Must have 12+ Years of Digital / Tele sales experience in the B2C domain • A strong ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics and improve performance via analytics • Must have Sales strategy and pipeline management experience • Should have worked in an environment with continuous marketing review and collaborations • Preferred Domain exposure: EdTech/FinTech and Insurance. • The candidate must have successfully handled large sales value of above 400 crores, with proven work experience as a Sales Leader • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills • The candidate must have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage relationships
