Key Responsibilities :
10+ experience in Exhibition space sales, revenue generation and business development.
Excellent written & oral communication is a must
Good knowledge of conferences Extensive travelling is required
Telesales, Cold calling, face to face meetings, New lead generation and exhibitor database management
Hands on experience of preparing marketing collateral's, vendor management, operational and visitors promotion activities In depth knowledge of project analysis, report preparation, and should have handled multiple projects at the same time Knowledge of usage of social media and other related mediums
Should have handled large format trade shows Knowledge of Association tie ips Show conceptualization & completition,
Execution of ATL & BTL activities and complete exhibition management Managing exhibition Operational activities and logistics Prepare & execute the marketing plan
Ensure timely payment collection & client coordination Maintain Business relationship with the customers Research sources for developing prospective customers Excellent in MS word, Excel & PPT
