Competencies / Skill Sets Rock solid relationships across the agency / client network. Should possess I can open any door in the industry to get business competency , especially with people in the media buying (digital) ecosystem. The job will initially involve taking the business to market and pitch our brand & saleable properties aggressively. Hence the person should be excellent at creating and delivering pitches to create excitement and demand in the market. Should be an innovative & imaginative thinker and capable of creating saleable ideas for clients on the base of their brief or marketing objectives. Should be a tough negotiator and an Harvey Specter fan. I always Close should be the one line tattooed on the persons selling soul. Should understand the currency and slang of the digital content sales industry and should be a hustler at heart. Since this role involves largely no continuous supervision, the person needs to be very high on self motivation.
KRAs for the role Initially for the first 2 months the biggest KRA will be covering the market and pitching the business and brand to the industry creating the right interest and demand and getting partnership opportunities on the table to start with. The person will be judged on how much awareness and visibility has been created for the business in the market.
Continuing KRAs will be about meeting the monthly, quarterly and annual targets through regular ad sales and by selling the various sponsorship options created as IPs and as brand solution pitches. Also ensuring deep and positive relationships for the business in the market is critical.
By the first 4-6 months, the marker should be lubricated enough to warrant calls for business on their own.
Important The positions based in Delhi will also service the North market. Plus the parent company which is into the business of sports & entertainment so this role will also be responsible for selling initiatives of the company as a total too.
